  • Fork tender beef fillet topped with black mushrooms, on creamy mash with seasonal vegetables and madeira jus

Chicken Roulade

  • Parmesan crumbed chicken roulade on creamy potato mash with seasonal vegetables and cream chive sauce

Vegetarian

  • A Mediterranean one-pot casserole with fresh vegetables, chickpeas and a touch of curry, finished with sweet apricots and parsley garnish
